Satellite Imagery of COVID-19 Testing Facilities in Munich, Germany

On 19 March 2020, European Space Imaging collected imagery of the COVID-19 drive-through testing facilities that have been erected at Theresienwiese in Munich, Germany. The imagery was captured with WorldView-3 at True 30cm in full colour. It shows the six drive-through testing tents and over 60 cars waiting in line for testing. Testing at this facility is only open to people who are deemed by the Statutory Health Insurance Physicians in Bavaria (KVB) to have a reasonable likelihood of being infected with coronavirus.

The imagery of the coronavirus test facility was captured with WorldView-3 at True 30 cm in full colour. It shows the six drive-through testing tents and over 60 cars waiting in line for testing.

Testing at the facility in Munich is only open to people who have a reasonable suspicion of coronavirus infection.
