Trimble has introduced its Siteworks Software version 1.1, featuring full GNSS tilt compensation functionality in standing, walking and vehicle modes, and support for the Android operating system. Trimble has introduced the Trimble R12i GNSS receiver, the latest addition to its Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) portfolio. Trimble to Acquire Cityworks to Expand Digital Asset and Infrastructure Management Solutions

Trimble has signed a definitive agreement to acquire privately held Azteca Systems LLC (dba 'Cityworks'), a leading provider of enterprise asset management (EAM) software for utilities and local government. Cityworks' solutions address the global challenges associated with maintaining and replacing aging utility, transportation and public assets and infrastructure.
