New Software for GISWeb Applications from ABACO

ABACO (Italy) has announced the release of DbMAP ASJ version 2.5, a simple and complete tool able to create, deploy and publish GISWeb applications.
Based on scalable and performing architecture, DbMAP ensures maximum interoperability among applications and among data. It takes advantage of all the features, reliability and scalability of Oracle Locator and Oracle Spatial and last but not least the simplicity of any RDBMS/ODBC (Access, SQL Server, SyBase, MySQL, etc.).

DbMAP includes:

• a server component, offering advanced GISWeb services, in relation to the spatial engine chosen
  
• the author & data manager system, able to make the construction of a GIS portal easy
  
• the Developer Kit, complete for all standard development standard.
